Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured for client money protection, professional indemnity and public liability.

Are you a member of a property redress scheme?

Yes, we are a member of Scottish Association of Landlords and the Council of Letting Agents.

Do you reference and credit check tenants?

Yes, always. In addition, we carry out all of the viewings ourselves which gives us an insight to the applicants.

I just want someone to do everything for me. Can you do that?

Yes, our personal service allow you to have the flexibility that your require.

Is it really on £75 plus VAT per month?

Yes, our fixed fee is looking to reverse the ‘percentage commission’ trend which has seen Landlords overcharged for too long.

How soon after receiving rent do you pay the landlord?

Rent is paid to you within the first week of the month and supported with rental statements and any invoices.

How many inspections do you carry out?

We complete the first inspection about 4 weeks after tenancy start then every six months thereafter. A report and supporting photos are emailed for your records.
